Front shot of The Ship pub

About

The Ship, Mortlake’s riverside picturesque pub, is favoured by locals for its prime position by the finish line of the Oxford/Cambridge Boat Race. You’ll find us located at the end of Ship Lane off the Lower Richmond Road in Mortlake, to the rear of the Budweiser Brewery. Its nautical ties are reflected in a white and navy blue exterior with a welcoming open fire and timber floor to greet your indoors or beer garden to enjoy.

Nearby attractions include the Royal Botanic Garden at Kew with sights such as the Chiswick and Barnes bridges within view of the pub. Book your visit with us today.

The Ship is a pub for everybody and every paw, being both dog and family-friendly with wheelchair accessibility and free WiFi. Live BT and Sky sports are also on show.

At the Ship you’ll find delicious British comfort food cooked with care, from sweet sticky toffee pudding to savoury pies, delicious Sunday Sunday roast and sharing platters made from quality ingredients.  Vegan, vegetarian and non-gluten dishes are also available.
