This half day session will help you to focus on how to raise the profile of your organisation. It will explore successful communication tactics and techniques commonly used by charities. It will facilitate consideration of some key questions such as; how are you currently communicating? How do people ‘find’ you? What do people think of your organisation and what is the experience of your clients and volunteers? Beginning from this base, you can begin to explore building and developing your organisation’s brand. This course will be delivered by consultant Lynne Walsh who has a wealth of experience supporting not -for -profit organisations from a range of sub-sectors including mental health, disability, homelessness, health & social care, the arts and domestic violence. This course is fully-subsidised for Richmond not for profit organisations providing services to Richmond beneficiaries. Please contact us for prices if you are an organisation operating outside of Richmond.
