Alessandro Gallenzi & Axel Scheffler: The Adventures of Pipi the Pink Monkey

Publisher, writer and translator Alessandro Gallenzi will read from Carlo Collodi’s 'The Adventures of Pipì the Pink Monkey' as The Gruff alo illustrator Axel Scheffl er draws some of the episodes from Collodi’s novel, as well as some of his most loved children’s characters – perfect for children aged 6 upwards.

Collodi’s 'The Adventures of Pipì the Pink Monkey', the follow-up to his children’s classic 'Pinocchio', is packed with the same wit and inventiveness as that iconic fable, and even contains some of the same characters. Alessandro Gallenzi has translated and expanded the Italian original, bringing to life Collodi’s extremely mischievous pink monkey with the help of one of the most popular illustrators working today, Axel Scheffler.
