At Whole Harmony Wellbeing Centre in Hampton Wick, we help people improve their all-round health and wellbeing.

We combine various holistic treatments by our professionally qualified practitioners in four major areas: digestive health and detox (e.g. colonic hydrotherapy, nutritional therapy, manual lymphatic drainage), stress management (e.g. massage, reflexology, reiki, shiatsu, acupuncture), brain health (Dr Bredesen protocol - Alzheimer's prevention) and skin/hair health (e.g. functional medicine and aesthetic treatments).

Road Directions

By Car

From Kingston bridge, take the second exit on the roundabout to head up Hampton Wick High Street. Carry on up until you reached blue tiled pub called ‘The Foresters’ – there are parking meters outside. We are located on the next corner up from the pub.

 

Parking

There are some spaces on Hampton Wick High Street available for 1 hour but more parking is available just beyond the train station on Upper Teddington Road, where the following charges apply: £0.85 for 1 hour, £1.15 for 2 hours, £2.90 for 8 hours.

Public Transport Directions

By Bus

The 281 and 285 bus route stops on Hampton Wick High Street, two minutes walk away from our office. Get off the bus at Hampton Wick train station and walk towards Kingston using the directions above.

 

By Train

We are located right by Hampton Wick station. If you’re heading to us from London Waterloo, we’re in Zone 6 and it takes about 35 minutes to get here. Once you leave Hampton Wick station, cross over at the pedestrian crossing and turn left up towards Kingston-upon-Thames for 100 metres. Look out for our green brick corner building on the right.
