Whitton

Once renowned as a 'market garden' by the Victorians, with a family orientated,
ethnically diverse community, the town centre retains some of it's 1930 charm
with a village feel with local convenience and major high street brands.

The Royal Military School of Music (RMSM), built in 1709, was originally the house of celebrated court portrait painter Sir Godfrey Kneller however was soon turned into a hospital for wounded servicemen during WW2.
The Twickenham Museum covers the history of Whitton in all it's glory, from the early 1200's when Whitton was first mentioned in historical documents, to the events during and after WW2.
At the north east corner of the High Street, there is the Admiral Nelson Public House, which serves high quality, freshly sourced food daily.
