ReEnergise Zone - Main stage fitness
Workout with one of the fitness sessions happening throughout the day with Joe Wicks and guest experts including yoga, Pilates and PE with Joe.
ReTreat Zone - Mind and body recharge
Relax with tai chi, mediation, yoga and breathwork in this peaceful zone designed to calm your senses.
ReConnect Zone – Talks and wellness workshops
Explore, learn, and get inspired by our amazing speakers on topics such as nutrition, sleep, menopause, and mental health as well as wellness workshops aimed at children.
RePlay – Kids activity area
Enter a fun-filled zone, provided by Sharky & George, with lots of activities to inspire and challenge all ages, suitable for under 5’s and older children.
