A half day workshop where you’ll learn how to carve a spoon from locally sourced wood. You’ll find yourself lost in a world of wood chips and the beautiful facets of the natural product as you’re taken through the spoon carving process from beginning to end. Starting with a wooden blank, you’ll learn safe knife techniques, the architecture of a spoon, types of wood and finishing processes, and by the end you'll have your very own cooking spoon to take home.
