By Road: The simplest access from the M25 to Teddington is via the M3 and its continuation the A316 and the B358 signposted Teddington, thence A313. King Edward's Grove lies to the east (towards the river) of the A310 (Kingston Road), about 0.5 miles south of its junction with the A313 (Teddington High Street). Rail: Teddington station is 12 minutes walk. Bus: 285 (Heathrow-Kingston) and 281 (Hounslow-Twickenham-Surbiton) run along Kingston Road at the end of King Edward's Grove (ask for Kingston Lane).
