Details

Join us as Matthew Griffiths explores Modernist poetry and the complexity and dynamics of climate change. The New Poetics of Climate Change argues that the emergence of global warming presents a fundamental challenge to the way we read and write poetry, and the way we think, in the modern age.

Matthew Griffiths has worked as a copy-editor and a university tutor. His poems have appeared in magazines including Magma, Stand and Delinquent. He has also written Doctor Who fiction and has a doctorate himself - though in poetry and climate change, rather than time and space travel!

Matthew Griffiths will be joined in conversation with published poet Polly Atkin.
