About

Teddington Pools and Fitness Centre comprises of indoor main and learner pools, fitness suite, spin studio, class studio and hydrotherapy pool. We offer a range of adult group exercise classes, swimming lessons for all ages and abilities and adult memberships.

Pool water temperatures are as follows:

Learner pool - 31 to 32 degrees

Main pool - 28 to 29 degrees

Hydrotherapy pool - 34 to 35 degrees
