Royal School of Needlework

Apartment 12A Hampton Court Palace,
East Molesey,

Learn traditional blackwork embroidery stitches with this honeybee design. This class provides a good grounding in blackwork stitching, with four different patterns plus stem stitch outlines. The design brings an opportunity to use a variety of different threads including metallic threads.

The tutor will demonstrate to the group, and give plenty of individual attention to each student allowing you to develop your embroidery skills. The class is suitable for beginners.

The class kit will include everything you require to complete the project. You may like to bring your own embroidery scissors and you will be able to borrow ring frames, magnifiers and lights (if needed) on the day.
