Children drawing various flowers

About

Taking floral bouquets as our starting point, we will explore experimental drawing and painting, process-led art making, with plenty of opportunity for showing off your own creativity and making something beautiful to take home. We will be working from real spring flowers inspired by the oil paintings of Jan Van Huysym that has recently been acquired by Strawberry Hill House.

This workshop is run by Christina Rose Brown, an artist, educator and qualified art teacher.  She has run family workshops at galleries including the Tate Modern, The British Museum, The Foundling Museum, and Waddington Custot.

Please accompany your child at all times.

All workshops will run for one hour.

We will be taking photographs during the sessions, please let us know if you do not want your photograph taken.
