About

Dragon Boating is a fast growing and exciting water sport, where teams of up to 20 paddlers, a drummer and a helm are competing in sprint or long-distance races. It is a great way of building fitness, endurance and friendships.

At Kingston Royals, we have a train hard, race hard, play hard approach to dragon boating.  We train twice a week on a beautiful part of the Thames between Teddington Lock and Hampton Court.  As a UK Premier League racing club we encourage all members to train and race, regardless of experience.  We’re also a very friendly lot organising regular social events either at the club or at a local nightspot!

In 2018, Kingston Royals celebrated its 30th birthday
