268 Waldegrave Road,
Strawberry Hill,

Night, June 1764, Horace Walpole awakes with a scream. He is in his bedroom in his Gothic Castle, Strawberry Hill. His head full of the images and swirling thoughts left by a vivid nightmare, he rises, lights a candle, and starts to write … 'The Castle of Otranto' … the first Gothic novel is born. At night in Strawberry Hill, the dread and horror of Horace’s dream can still be sensed as you climb the stairs, walk the shadowy corridors and pass through the gloomth of rooms whose mirrors reflect ancient stained glass. Experience Strawberry Hill as never before. Suitable for 16-17 18+
