Workshop/Course, from 13 Jul 2019

The Green,

Do you love acting? Do you have a passion for singing and dancing? Or perhaps you would like to come and have lots of fun and make some new friends!

Each term you’ll work with our amazing practitioners Simon Radford, Hannah Jackson and Charlotte Crackett, who will teach you dance routines, songs from famous musicals and various aspects of drama.

You’ll also get to work with inspiring guest practitioners from the West End! This course is a great way to build confidence for all ages with an informal showing at the end of the course.

Charlotte Crackett: After reaching British championship level in Freestyle Disco and Latin and Ballroom styles, Charlotte went onto study a variety of styles such as contemporary, ballet and jazz at Newcastle college, leading to graduating in 2016 from Buckinghamshire New University in BA(HONS) Dance and Performance.

Hannah Jackson: Hannah is a Glaswegian singer, songwriter, backing vocalist and teacher living in London. She studied music at The University of Glasgow and Vocal Performance at London Centre for Contemporary Music. She now has 8 years of teaching under her belt, having worked for various teaching academies in both Glasgow and London, and also as a private singing and piano tutor.

Simon Radford: Simon trained at The Bridge Theatre Training Company. He has taught and directed for numerous prolific Theatre in Education companies such as Bigfoot Arts Education, Shakespeare 4 Kidz, Lewisham Youth Theatre and Theatre Exchange. He has directed a number of shows for the Hazlitt Youth Theatre in Maidstone, his own youth theatre company at the Mary Wallace Theatre in Twickenham and several Stagecoach schools.
