Join us for a wonderful spring day of willow weaving with yeoman basket maker and experienced teacher Ellie Morgan and make yourself a lovely and also very useful frame basket.

This workshop is suitable for both beginners to the traditional craft of willow basketry and also those people who've had a little basket making experience before.

Starting with a pre-made frame, Ellie will show you how to weave yourself this strong and serviceable basket from British grown willow.

All materials and tools will be supplied, along with lots of tea, coffee and homemade cake.

There will be a short break for lunch, so ideally please bring a packed lunch.
