We are thrilled to once again be back at Allianz Stadium in Twickenham for this year's Full of Life Fair on 30 October.

The all-day free event will offer information from a variety of stallholders about the local services, activities, businesses, groups and organisations conveniently available to you in your communities.

Those attending will have the opportunity to:

• Try out taster sessions of community activities
• Access one-to-one support for how to use everyday technology to live more independently and learn about how to avoid cyber scams
• Access health and social care information and advice from local professionals and in our dedicated Health Centre
• Learn how to get involved in local community and activity groups

Drop in throughout the day to our Spotlight on Dementia room and hear from specialists, ask questions and discover practical ways to live well and stay independent.
