About

Join us every Tuesday at The King’s Head, Teddington.

Meet at 7pm sharp for a quick warm-up and pre-run stretches led by our neighbours, Concrete Jungle, before we set off on the 5K.

We’ll set off on a picturesque 5K loop, taking in the riverside, parks, and charming Teddington streets.

You can expect a steady pace, motivational music and a welcoming group atmosphere.
