About

Teddington Pools and Fitness Centre comprises of indoor main and learner pools, fitness suite, spin studio, class studio and hydrotherapy pool. The centre is managed by Greenwich Leisure Ltd under their “Better” brand in partnership with Richmond Council. Offering a range of adult group exercise classes, adult & junior gym/fitness, swimming lessons for all ages and abilities and adult memberships.
 

Pool water temperatures are as follows:

Learner pool - 31 to 32 degrees

Main pool - 28 to 29 degrees

Hydrotherapy pool - 34 to 35 degrees
