Prepare to fall in love with a new sport that's way more doable than you might think! Expert coach Su will teach you proper rowing techniques, the same as if you were to row on the water. There will be a strong focus on posture and core engagement and a gradual build of cardiovascular fitness. The course will be held indoors at Twickenham Rowing Club on beautiful Eel Pie Island in Twickenham. There will be time for a good chat over refreshments after each class.

Cost: £30 for a 6 week course.

Classes will be at 10.30am. Please note the session dates, as there is a break in the middle of the course:
