About

Hailing from Belfast, Dom Martin has established himself as one of the UK's leading blues and roots artists. Combining breathtaking guitar playing with a soulful, authentic voice, his music draws comparisons with legends including John Martyn, Rory Gallagher, Van Morrison and Foy Vance, while remaining unmistakably his own.
A multi-award-winning guitarist, Dom has been named Best Instrumentalist at the UK Blues Awards in 2022, 2023 and 2025, earned multiple UK and European blues honours, and has been inducted into the UK Blues Hall of Fame. Whether performing solo or with his acclaimed power trio, his electrifying live shows have made him a favourite at festivals and sold-out venues across the UK and Europe.
Since the release of his acclaimed debut album Spain to Italy (2019), Dom has continued to build an outstanding catalogue, with A Savage Life (2022), the chart-topping Buried In The Hail (2023), winner of the 2024 Blues Album of the Year, and the live album Buried Alive (2024). He has also appeared on BBC Radio 2 with Cerys Matthews, performed on Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea Mediterranean Cruise III hosted by Joe Bonamassa, and toured as special guest to Robin Trower.
With a reputation for exceptional musicianship and captivating performances, Dom Martin continues to cement his place as one of the most exciting names in contemporary blues and rock.
"Dom Martin is amazing… a unique, genuine, vital artist." – Walter Trout
"The Belfast guitarist is a sprawling talent." – Classic Rock Magazine
