About

Whether you've always wanted to try rowing or you're looking to try something new, Twickenham Rowing Club welcomes you to our Learn to Row programme. Courses include 8 sessions each (twice per week) and run throughout the spring and summer.

Rowing at Twickenham provides both a scenic and steady part of the river that is remarkably calm and provides an excellent setting for those new to rowing. Combine that with 165 years of rowing expertise and a fantastic club community, TwRC is a perfect place to get into the sport.

We offer Adult Learn to Row graduates a membership and placement into our Development Squad and a path to racing & club squads. Our rowers range from competing internationally at the highest levels of the sport, to those rowing purely for the joy of it. Whatever you're seeking, our coaches and members have done it and can help you achieve your goals.

We also offer a Junior Learn to Row programme. See site for additional details.
