Breathe in fresh air, feel the sun on your skin, and flow with nature! Our Outdoor Yoga classes on Twickenham Green are launching this spring and summer 2025. Perfect for all levels, these open-air sessions are designed to rejuvenate your body and mind in a beautiful, relaxed setting.

 

Led by our experienced instructors, each class blends Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, and gentle stretching — helping you build strength, find balance, and connect with the vibrant energy of the season.

 

Join us on Twickenham Green for morning, evening, and weekend sessions. Bring your own mat, dress comfortably, and experience the joy of yoga outdoors!
