Slow Horses

About

The National Archives has partnered with Apple TV+ to host a free release-day screening event of series 5 of Slow Horses to tie in with our landmark exhibition M15 Official Secrets

Join other fans of the series for a collective viewing of the first episode in the latest series of Slow Horses – the darkly humorous spy drama that follows a dysfunctional team of MI5 agents led by the brilliant but cantankerous Jackson Lamb (Academy Award winner Gary Oldman), as they navigate the espionage world’s smoke and mirrors to defend England from sinister forces.

In episode one a mass shooting rocks London, intensifying a testy mayoral race. Shirley believes one of the Slow Horses was the target of an attempted hit.

Before the screening, guests will have the chance to visit our five-star-rated exhibition, MI5: Official Secrets, taking you behind the scenes of one of Britain’s most iconic institutions. You can also grab a drink from our bar serving drinks and snacks before the screening.

All guests will receive a special Slow Horses – The National Archives goody bag.
