About

The focal point of Barnes village is the Green and its pond which connects to Barnes Common via a footbridge across Beverley Brook at the northern end of the Green. Barnes pond is the quintessential Barnes landmark and Barnes pond is home to many breeding pairs of birds.

 

Barnes Green is accessible at all times.

 

Barnes Green has been developed as one of several accessible Friendly Parks for All in the borough. 

Barnes Green has an accessible waymarked path around the pond.
