About

Discover Prince & Pilgrim, a contemporary art gallery based in Richmond upon Thames. Prince & Pilgrim was founded in 1995 by four friends united by a profound love of art. Originally as a series of pop-up exhibitions across West London, it has evolved into a permanent gallery space at the foot of Richmond Hill, dedicated to bringing high-quality original art into homes and supporting both emerging and established artists.

Prince & Pilgrim curates rotating exhibitions that showcase a broad spectrum of contemporary work,  including paintings, ceramics, sculpture and mixed-media pieces. The gallery has historically been the first UK platform for various notable artists and continues to introduce new talent under the curatorial direction of Elizabeth Dacre, offering services such as bespoke commissions and personal guidance for collectors.

Beyond exhibitions, the website also invites artist submissions and offers a friendly, accessible environment for both seasoned collectors and art newcomers. Through its online presence, Prince & Pilgrim positions itself as a vibrant and community-oriented gallery, one that champions originality, artistic diversity, and personal connection between art and home.
