This World Goth Day, step inside the house that began the Gothic imagination for a special candlelit late...

Throughout the evening, live harpist Katie Sherratt will perform a haunting Gothic soundscape — from My Chemical Romance and Evanescence, to the cinematic world of Tim Burton and beyond.

As twilight falls, explore Horace Walpole’s extraordinary Gothic villa after hours, illuminated by flickering candlelight and dramatic shadows. 

 What’s included:

  • After-dark access to Strawberry Hill House

  • Live harp performance throughout the evening

  • A glass of fizz or soft drink served in the Gallery

  • Atmospheric candlelit interiors
