Join us on Sunday 5th July 2026 for one of Strawberry Hill’s most popular summer events. Our annual Community Picnic & BBQ returns for an afternoon of great food, live music, and family-friendly entertainment in the gardens of Strawberry Hill House.

What you will find:
  • An Argentine-style charcoal BBQ run by Roots & Berries at the Garden Cafe
  • Music from St Margarets Elastic Band
  • Children’s entertainment from Jolly Julie
  • 18th century costume corner

Visitors are welcome to bring food and drinks, including alcohol, for their own enjoyment as well as picnic blankets, camping style chairs and personal umbrellas.
