About

A free programme to help you get active whilst connecting with others. Across 10 weeks we will support you at your own pace, whether you want to walk, run or do a mix of both. You'll get support and company all the way. You do not need to attend every session and beginners are very welcome. This programme is led by The Positive Movement Project, a not for profit organisation that uses fitness and sport to improve mental wellbeing.
