Rathfinny-Shiuli Wine Dinner 24 Jun 25

About

Join us as we celebrate English Wine week with an unforgettable fine dining and wine pairing experience in collaboration with Rathfinny Wines. Founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife, Mark and Sarah Driver, Rathfinny Wine Estate is home to a single-site vineyard planted on a remarkable south-facing slope, just three miles from the English Channel. The semi-continental, maritime climate and free-draining chalk soils provide ideal conditions to grow Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier used to craft their traditional method sparkling wines. In line with the Sussex PDO standards which showcase provenance and quality, Rathfinny's hand-harvested and whole-bunch-pressed grapes are vinified with minimal intervention and low dosage, preserving the purest expression of place and vintage. Rathfinny achieved B Corp certification in April 2023, exemplifying their philosophy to put people and the planet at the core of their business. The owners live locally to Shiuli and it is our pleasure to showcase our incredible partner in this momentous week.

Hosted in our private dining room, this intimate evening offers a masterfully curated menu by Patron Chef Alfred Prasad, and exquisite wine pairings guided by the owners of the Rathfinny Winery. This is an exclusive opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of premium Sussex wines and exquisite cuisine. The Tasting Menu & 5-glass drinks flight is available for £125 per person (plus service charges), for the complete experience! Please scroll images to view menu. Spaces are very limited and booking is essential. Please kindly confirm all dietary requirements and allergies that we should be aware of 48 hours prior to arrival.
