People around long tables in the gallery, making and talking

About

Join us as we celebrate All The Things: an exhibition that continues to grow, shift and take shape through the people who take part.

Now halfway through its run, this celebration event offers a chance to experience how the exhibition has evolved through play, imagination and collective making.

All The Things brings together the work of artists Abigail Hunt, Lucy McDonald and Matt Shaw, created in collaboration with people across the Richmond borough aged from six months to ninety-four. Together, they explore one shared question: how can play and imagination transform everyday life?

At this celebration, you will encounter new additions, traces of past activity and moments shaped by participants along the way. The exhibition you see now is not the same as it was at the beginning, it continues to grow through conversation, experimentation and shared experience.

Join us to explore what has changed, what is still changing, and what might come next...

A performance will also be taking place in the Octagon Room.
Drinks will be available, Book your free tickets in advance.

About All The Things
All The Things is an intergenerational exhibition by artists Abigail Hunt, Lucy McDonald and Matt Shaw, created collaboratively with children, young people and adults from across the borough.
Together, they explore how imagination can grow, overlap, contradict and evolve, shaping how we connect with one another and experience the world around us.
