Why join Adult Weight Management?

Our free 12-week programme is designed to help you make sustainable lifestyle changes and improve your overall health and wellbeing. The programme is suitable for all fitness levels and is delivered in a supportive, welcoming, and non-judgemental environment.

What does the programme include?

Each week you'll attend a 2-hour group session consisting of:

Nutrition Class (1 hour)
Led by a qualified Nutritionist, covering a different topic each week. Topics include principles of nutrition, healthy eating on a budget, hormonal health, improving sleep, managing stress, emotional eating, and developing sustainable healthy habits.

Physical Activity Class (1 hour)
Led by a Physical Activity Instructor, sessions are suitable for all abilities and fully adaptable to your individual needs so you can take part safely and confidently.
