The Mayor of Richmond would like to invite residents of Richmond, Fontainebleau and Konstanz to a picnic in the sunken garden at York House to listen to celebrated bands like Kew Wind Orchestra, St Margarets Elastic Band, Seebrass from Konstanz and to witness the reaffirmation ceremony. Please bring your own picnic and picnic blanket.
