As well as being good for our health and wellbeing, getting out for a walk can be a great way to meet new people and enjoy being outdoors.
Our Local Group offers local short, slow paced, small group walks for people who would like to feel more connected to nature and to enjoy being in the outdoors. The walks are suitable for people over the age of 18. We try to find accessible routes with places to rest but please check with us if you have particular needs.
