Take 90 minutes to slow down, switch off and rest. Guided by Consuelo Cogrossi, a certified yoga teacher, somatic coach and sound facilitator, this immersive Sound Bath weaves together singing bowls, gongs, drums and chimes to create a soothing soundscape for deep rest and relaxation.

No movement or previous experience is required — simply get comfortable, listen and receive. The session takes place in a beautiful private studio in Barnes, with a maximum of 11 participants. Herbal tea and light snacks will be available afterwards.

Wear comfortable, warm clothing and bring an eye mask if you'd like one.
