Quiz Trail

About

Local residents and visitors are being encouraged to discover more about Twickenham with a new Quiz Trail. The trail is designed to inspire people to get out and about and explore the town, learn about its history and have some fun along the way.

Did you know that Rod Stewart was discovered in Twickenham or that Britain's first ever speed camera, was activated on Twickenham Bridge?

The trail is an ideal way to keep the kids entertained over the school holiday or indeed any time of the year. Unlike seasonal festivals and events, the streets of our town are open year-round and free to access, the history is all around us, it's helped shape Twickenham town centre and had a far reaching impact on politics, arts and music culture for example. That's what makes the Quiz Trail such a brilliant vehicle to Discover Twickenham!

But it's not just for families, it's made for adults too so you don't need children with you to enjoy it. Anyone who has an interest in history and getting out and exploring will enjoy finding out new places and unusual facts about the area.

Trails are available from a range of local shops - see website for details
