Step into an enchanted world this Christmas as Hampton Court Palace transforms into the Winter Palace for a brand-new immersive family experience. Journey through the palace's spectacular rooms as the story of The Christmas Beast Ball unfolds around you through live performance, music and breathtaking installations. Meet friendly puppets and gentle mythical creatures, including the mischievous Panther, magical Winter Phoenix and Unicorn Foal, before encountering an enchanting sleeping dragon. Families can explore, play and become part of the story as each room reveals a new chapter in this magical Christmas adventure.

Make the day even more festive with ice skating in front of the palace (additional ticket required), or enjoy the Festive Fayre on 4–6 and 11–13 December, featuring artisan gifts, food and live music. Selected dates also offer late openings until 19:30, giving families even more time to experience the magic. The Winter Palace is included in palace admission, with members going free (pre-booking required)
