About

POSTNATAL PILATES

Mother & Baby postnatal pilates classes are on Thursdays @ 10.00-11.00am at Wow Family Hub, Hampton Hill, TW12 1NP.

The course is aimed at tired new Mamas with pre-crawlers, looking to start their rehabilitation journey after their 6 week post-natal check or up to 12 weeks for c- section delivery. We will focus on restoring pelvic floor and core strength, overall body strength and mobility whilst having some time for connecting with other Mothers, nourishing yourself both physically and mentally. I can check your diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and we will discuss your birth and recovery so that I can modify the class to suit you and your needs.

This class is all about you, baby is welcome but the movement will be for you only. I will be on hand to pick up any grizzly babas for cuddles and of course you are welcome to stop any time to feed or settle them.

Mats are provided at Patch but not at WOW Family Hub, so please bring one with you. You will also need to bring something soft for your baby to lie on. Patch and Wow Family Hub are lovely venues, with an accessible entrance, plenty of space to park your buggy and a yummy cafe so you can enjoy a cuppa before or after class.
