About

A family run restaurant with the family values firmly imprinted into everything we serve! Home made recipes inspired from the region of Alentejo, Portugal.

Stella's is run by the mother of the family who was born in Lisbon and raised there throughout her childhood. With a passion for food installed from a very young age it was always a dream to run her own restaurant. This dream became a reality in 2016 when, along with her two sons, Stella's was launched.

In the first 2 years of business at Stella's the family decided to take things slow and started with a takeaway style business serving traditional Piri Piri based meats and sides as well as the popular British Fish and Chips. The shop soon developed a fantastic reputation in the area and eventually in early 2018 the feeling that the time was right had hit home and the conversion into the cafe / restaurant that the family always wanted begun.
