About
This workshop invites participants to explore sound, melody and rhythm through creative making and abstract expression. Responding to music through line, texture, colour, signs and symbols, participants will experiment with translating feeling and emotion into visual form using a range of abstract art techniques. Guided by listening, observation and intuitive mark-making, the session encourages playful exploration and personal creative response in a supportive environment. By the end of the workshop, participants will have created their own abstract art piece inspired by music, atmosphere and movement.
Materials Required:
Students are encouraged to bring stationary items such as pencils, erasers and A4 sheets of paper.
