Join Helen Thorn, bestselling author and one half of the comedy duo Scummy Mummies, with a panel of experts and inspiring women for a lively chat around the themes in her new book, How to Face Big Change and Come Back Stronger.

The speakers will cover several topics from coping with loss and grief, to how we can go from surviving to thriving, how exercise can heal you, how do we find love again and the many ways we can start to rebuild after big life changes. There will be lots of laughs, and maybe a few tears.

A night of uplifting, funny and empowering stories from women who have rebuilt their lives after loss.

Post talk Q&A and a book signing will follow the event.
