Nordic Walking is a fun sport that uses 90% of your skeletal muscles and uses 46% more energy than walking alone with minimal perceived increase in effort. It is good for posture, protects lower limbs and promotes mindfulness and wellbeing.

Instruction:
- 40 mins coaching and instruction to Nordic Walking
- fo1llowing the INWA 10 Step Teaching Method
- opportunity to implement and practice on rest of tour

Flora and Fauna:
- 630 Red and fallow deer, 11 species of bats foxes, rabbits, voles, and shrews.
- 144+ bird species: birds of prey, ground-nesting birds and waterfowl
- "Royal Oak", beech, sweet chestnut, horse chestnut, and hawthorn
- Azaleas, rhododendrons, camellias, magnolias and wildflowers

Up to 4 hours/ 8 miles easily varied based on aspirations of the group.

Dedicated guide and leader with mountain leader and outdoor first aid training.
