About

Celebrate the Lunar New Year with a peaceful and enriching day of traditional painting on a silk fan.

Guided by an expert Chinese brush artist, you'll explore symbolic motifs such as flowers and birds, connected to ideas of prosperity, longevity and new beginnings.

You'll use Confident Style or Freehand to develop confident, expressive brush control and also learn how composition, movement and restraint come together on the curved surface of the fan, resulting in a harmonious and elegant artwork.

Suitable for adults 18+. Beginners and improvers
