Women who have shaped and continue to shape rugby sharing their experiences during a Wealth Reimagined panel conversation

About

What becomes possible when women are prepared to step forward before they feel ready?

Wealth Reimagined comes to Richmond Rugby Club for a celebration of courage, ambition and the women who play bigger.

Hosted by Isabel Knight, founder of the Fearless Female Investor, and Susie Appleby, former England rugby international and Exeter Chiefs women's coach, this special event brings together trailblazers from women's rugby with female founders, investors and business leaders for a different conversation about wealth, leadership and what it takes to change the game.

There could not be a more fitting place to hold it.

Richmond played an extraordinary role in the early story of women's rugby. Women connected with the club helped create and finance the first Women's Rugby World Cup, even remortgaging their own homes to make it happen. They did not wait for permission, recognition or investment. They saw what was possible, backed their belief and built it.

Women's rugby has shown what happens when talent is recognised, investment follows belief and people are prepared to back potential long before the results are obvious.

Now we are bringing that conversation into business, investing, entrepreneurship and leadership.

Whether it is stepping onto the pitch, investing for the first time, growing a business, leading an organisation or backing another woman's vision, confidence rarely comes first. Courage does.

Under the theme Ready or Not: The Courage to Play Bigger, we will hear first-hand from women who helped lay the foundations for today's women's game, alongside an exceptional group of founders, investors and business leaders creating what comes next.

This will not be a series of formal presentations. It will be an honest, lively and highly interactive conversation, with shared stories, audience participation and time to build meaningful relationships with the other women in the room.

Wealth is about far more than money. It includes our capital, experience, influence, relationships and opportunities, and how deliberately we use them to shape the future.

When more women step onto the pitch, we do not simply change who is playing. We redesign the game.
