Sound Bath Meditation

About

Benefits -

Therapeutic crystal bowl sound sessions can have a wide range of health and well-being benefits as they work to soothe both the mind and body, giving you an opportunity to restore balance on all levels.

The vibrations from the crystal bowls connect to our brain waves causing them to synchronise and in turn, harmonise, offering a pathway to a healthier, balanced mind and body.

What to Bring -

Yoga mat  - Please bring something comfortable to lay on.

Blanket / Sleeping Bag  - Your temperature is likely to drop during the sound bath so bring a blanket and jumper to keep you nice and warm throughout the session. (Feel free to bring a  sleeping bag to allow for maximum cosiness if that would enhance your experience!)

Pillow -  To rest your head on. Some people bring a small pillow to put underneath their knees to elevate the pressure on the lower back also
