A group of people walking in Richmond Park on a sunny winter day.

About

Walking through grief is easier when you aren't doing it alone.
Join us for our bi-monthly Community Bereavement Walk and Talk in the beautiful surroundings of Richmond Park. This gentle, hour-long walk is a chance to breathe, move, and connect with others who understand what you're going through.
After the walk, we always head to the café to continue the conversation over a warm drink.

More details below:
2nd Wednesday and 4th Tuesday of every month. Next one is on 24 February 2026
Meet at 10:15am for a 10:30am start
Pembroke Lodge car park (near the Visitor Centre).
Book your space by emailing walkandtalk@pah.org.uk

Please note: to keep the environment focused on reflection and talk, we kindly ask for no dogs.

We look forward to walking with you
