About

Everyone welcome, no experience required. All music will be taught by ear.

Singing is well-known to make us feel better, and singing with others even more so. This class focuses on elements to help our mental and physical well-being and develop our singing along the way. Learn how to improve your breath control, spot and release your habitual tensions, improve your musical ear and tune in to the people around you, in a relaxed  and supportive environment.

Includes useful transferable skills for everyday life.

Week 1: Focus on posture
Week 2: Focus on breathing
Week 3: Focus on releasing tension
Week 4: Tuning in

No materials required. All music will be taught by ear and without music or lyrics copies.
