About

A practical workshop and a 10 step plan for starting over after traumatic and difficult life events. We all pass theough those hard times when we think there is no tomorrow, but having the right plan to walk through this challenging time is key to overcoming it and using it as a change curve and a chance for self growth.

As we are celebrating International Women's day that week, the workshop is free for all women who wish to attend.
