Literary Event, Fri 6 - Fri 27 Nov 2020

In light of COVID-19, please make sure you check with the event organiser before travelling in case this event has been cancelled.

From early depictions by artists and writers of their own mental health, to the popular mindful colouring books that help reduce stress, art and mental health are well travelled companions. This exhibition maps out the role art plays for all of us, whether a visual expression of our inner thoughts, a therapeutic process or simply a way to stay connected in the community.

Curated by Richmond Borough Mind and with contributions from local artists, amateur and professional, join us in exploring the relationship between art and mental health and the value this brings to all of our lives.
