About

Love. Duty. One night that changes everything.

In a seaside hotel during the Blitz the stakes are high as an RAF bomber crew leaves to go up into the uncertainty of the night skies. Every goodbye could be the last.

At its heart is a love triangle: a glamorous actress, her brave but troubled RAF husband, and the man from her past who offers an escape. Passion and loyalty collide under the constant threat of the unknown.

Terence Rattigan’s deeply moving masterpiece, captures a single, pivotal night during the Second World War. Rich with wit, tenderness, and quiet heroism, Flare Path is a powerful portrait of ordinary people facing extraordinary circumstances.

This amateur production of FLARE PATH is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd. on behalf of Samuel French, Ltd. www.concordtheatricals.co.uk
